We build experiences that build character. We are committed to providing programs that enable kids & teens, ages 4 through 18, to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new challenges. By integrating the game of golf with a life skills curriculum, we create active learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that kids can carry to everything they do.

Who We Are

With close to three decades as a non-profit youth development organization, First Tee — Delaware positively impacts the lives of over 25,000 kids & teens annually through our school, community, and on-the-course programs. We proudly serve the entire State of Delaware as well as several counties in the State of Maryland.

In 2007, we became First Tee – Delaware. Before joining First Tee, we served kids for 12 years as the Urban Youth Golf Program Association. 2023 marks our 16th year as First Tee — Delaware, while the National Program celebrates 26 years of Building Game Changers.
