A Managing Director in Real Estate Investment Banking at Baird with more than 30 years of industry experience, Jeff brings a lifelong passion for golf to this role — one sparked not through formal lessons, but through cherished rounds with his father and grandfather. That personal connection to the game gave him a front-row seat to the life lessons golf teaches integrity, perseverance, and confidence that carry into adulthood.
